The Nova Scotia College of Early Childhood Education has spent more than 50 years preparing educators who shape the earliest years of children’s lives. With strong programs and an established reputation, the opportunity wasn’t about building credibility — it was about making sure the right people were discovering it.
Charcoal partnered with NSCECE to help strengthen how the college communicates its programs and career pathways to prospective students, translating their real-world impact into a clearer and more strategic marketing presence.
Building a Stronger Marketing Foundation
Our approach focused on building the right marketing foundation rather than relying on a single tactic. This included refining digital advertising strategy to better reach high-intent prospective students and ensuring campaigns were aligned with meaningful inquiries.
We also developed a bank of professional photo and video assets capturing both student life at the college and life as an Early Childhood Educator in childcare centres. The result is a flexible content library that can support everything from digital campaigns to recruitment materials.
