Tourism Digital Assistance Program (TDAP)
We’re helping Nova Scotia tourism businesses stop hiding online.
At Charcoal Marketing, we’re proud to be a digital service provider for the Tourism Digital Assistance Program (TDAP), funded by Tourism Nova Scotia. It’s a program that helps tourism businesses across the province get their digital act together—and we’re here for it.
Whether your website looks like it was built in 2004 (and not in a fun, retro way), your social media is collecting dust, or you have no idea how to show up on Google—we can help.
What is TDAP?
The Tourism Digital Assistance Program pairs eligible Nova Scotia tourism businesses with local digital experts (that’s us) to solve digital marketing challenges. Think:
Websites that work
Photos that don’t look like they were taken with a toaster
Video content that doesn’t make people scroll away
Branding that actually says something
Strategy that moves the needle instead of spinning the wheels
TDAP is funded by Tourism Nova Scotia, and applications for 2025 are now open. If you’re in tourism and need digital support, this is your sign.

We’ve Done This Before
We’ve worked with small businesses across Nova Scotia—from breweries and boat tours to cozy inns and visitor destinations. We understand that marketing can feel like another full-time job (because it is). That’s where we come in.
Whether you need help showing up online, standing out from the crowd, or just figuring out what the heck to post—we’re here for it. And yes, we’ll make it make sense.

Find Your Spark
You bring the kindling, and we’ll provide the fuel.
Walk through our open-concept space, mark up our chalkboard wall, and let's talk about your spark. We're eager to understand where your inspiration comes from and how we can help create fire. Did you bring the s’mores?
